“Jess is AWESOME - she pushes me with workouts to increase my strength, endurance and flexibility! She pays close attention to my form. I have seen a big improvement with my core strength which is very important for sports. This helps my overall performance and can prevent injuries. She makes workouts FUN! I never know what to expect from one workout to the next. No workout has ever been the same. I look forward to working out with Jess again this summer after my spring high school soccer season.”
