Jessica - Owner & Head Coach

7 years ago I saw a picture of myself and I didn't recognize the person that was staring back at me. I had NO idea that I looked that way, but I knew that I could not spend another minute feeling miserable and unhappy. I could go on for days with a million excuses, but ultimately there were NO excuses. Reality was that I weighed over 400 lbs, and I did that to myself.  Admitting that I did this to myself was a hard pill to swallow, but I knew that if I DID this to myself I could UNDO it too. I refused to sit and feel sorry for myself, but I had no idea where to even begin. I decided to make an investment - an investment in myself. I hired a personal trainer and went through dietitian after dietitian until I found a nutrition coach who spoke my language and helped me change my life. I surrounded myself with people who supported me on this mission and I was determined to be anything other than mediocre. As I look back at my before and after pictures, I know the work that I have put in and I am proud of my results. I never knew this level of confidence existed, but it is my goal to help you find it!!!!
